Portlet Designer

The Portlet Designer allows to create and modify portlets. It is now integrated into the TIS Board as a special tab, which is highlighted in green color.

Element	Description
More-Menu	First activate the Designer mode. Then, the Portlet Designer can be opened either from the More menu or with the gear-icon button.
Portlet Designer menu	In the top right corner the Portlet Designer menu bar is located.
Menu items
New...	Create a new portlet.
Open...	Open the Portlet Manager for organizing existing portlets and portlet folders
Save	Save the active portlet.
Save as...	Save a new portlet as a copy of the active portlet.
Layout	Select the Layout of the Portlet preview area with one of the icons right to the save-icon. NOTE: The page layout has to be set in the page's properties and is independent from this setting.
