In TIS 6.0, files are managed on the server. They can be used in operations and can be shared among data nodes and projects.

Files are accessed via the TIS Files link from the Homepage.

They have a set of properties and can be uploaded, replaced, deleted, and downloaded.

Often, they provide input data, e.g., as text file with comma-separated values that are loaded by the Import text or CSV file with automatic column assignment operator.

A file is accessible by all users on the same client with corresponding permissions (see Roles) and by all projects.


Files are organized in a file tree within folders.
